I had ignored switching of ICICI Pru Lifetime Pension policy with ICICI Pru Elite Wealth Super policy without my consent, hoping for a resolution.However, they did not resolve the issue of the ICICI Pru Smart Kid policy. While ICICI Prudential Life Insurance team celebrated achieving year-end targets, bonuses and promotions.
I kept getting fake assurances throughout the year until October 2018 when the renewal premium of ICICI Pru Elite Wealth Super policy was due. However, I refused. The following mail chain proves ICICI Prudential Life Insurance sales team was lying all through out.
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance sales team asked for the last email chain. Like last year, it was the time for year-end targets, appraisals and promotions. Someone’s promotion was due in the team;
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance was misleading and giving false assurances. They were never serious about resolving ICICI Pru Smart Kid issue.
