Due to my nonpayment of renewal premium of ICICI Pru Elite Wealth Super policy, dashboard of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance sales team was dark red. It was the last quarter of the financial year. Sales team was under pressure to get the unpaid premium.
I refused to pay the renewal premium and insisted on the resolution of the issue with ICICI Pru Smart Kid policy.
Sales team arranged a meeting with the Operations lead in January 2019. She suggested a resolution. Though I was not happy, I still accepted it to end eleven years of struggle!
I recalled the lines of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance sales team at the time of selling ICICI Pru Smart Kid policy – “You will remember us & thank us after 10 years for taking these policies.”

I gave a nod to the calculations thinking struggle ended. But ICICI Prudential Life Insurance exceed my expectation and created another issue. Much bigger this time.
